The practice of Meditation is to provide awareness in the stillness and undertake a journey towards creation of expanded consciousness. Bringing an infinite sense of peace and deep healing. To some it is a search for the ultimate connection to the divine within and all around.
There are many different ways to practice Meditation depending on what resonates with you and an infinite number of reasons that people are drawn to it. From the wish to seek relief from stress to looking for a greater understanding of Self. Perhaps it has been suggested to you by a medical practitioner for the many holistic health benefits it provides. Whatever the reason or technique Meditation has a multitude of benefits on many levels from physical, mental and emotional to spiritual.
At Chameleon we offer Guided Meditation which takes place in our beautiful Yoga Studio, providing a wonderful nurturing atmosphere in which to let go in a safe and supported space.
Our hour long classes are suitable for complete beginners to regular meditators with a focus on Breath, Grounding, Centering, Chakra Cleansing, and Guided Visualisation. Visualisation is in tune with the lunar phases and seasonal changes and may include connection to Equinoxes and Solstices and other relevant energetic happenings. All classes finish with total body relaxation (Yoga Nidra), leaving you rested and rejuvenated.

Jen is an experienced teacher, having delivered classes and facilitated workshops both here and in the UK for over 20 years. She is qualified through the Yoga Alliance Australia holding a Teaching Diploma in Holistic Meditation. She has also undertaken Yoga Nidra training.
