Instinctual Movement with Max – (Need to know what level it is aimed at)

This class is centred around flow, with combined aspects of yoga and dancing.

Max invites you to meditate through movement, focusing on your mobility.

Instinctual movement is a journey of discovery – being conscious of your movement through animal flow, to overall improve your flexibility and connection with self.


Vinyasa with Debbie – All levels welcome – Kid friendly

Debbie’s Vinyasa class is a highly creative flow-type yoga.

This class is multi-level, and is aimed at those wanting to improve their overall strength and flexibility.

Vinyasa is a great class to assist you in finding balance between body, mind and emotions.


Tai Chi with Debbie – All levels welcome

Debbie’s Tai Chi is an energy movement class for overall well-being. It is a wonderful class for bringing peace to your mind, boosting immunity, and releasing anxiety and stress.

Tai Chi is open to all ages and physical abilities.


Yin with Debbie – All levels welcome

Debbie’s Yin class is Chameleon’s most popular. It is a class centred around gentle, meditative movement – with an incorporation of connection with spirit.

Yin is a fantastic class to improve your physical, mental and emotional health.
